Meditation is the door for establishing optimal connection to yourself and your baby/babies in the womb. At this gathering you will remember how to influence the energy in the room by uplifting the collective atmosphere to your body"

"Hydramels was inspired by loving, childhood memories of my mother using garden herbs for bathing, calming overstimulation, and healing minor injuries. These traditions sparked my desire to study and revive such practices, ultimately guiding me to teach them to my children. Upon becoming a mother, I began crafting natural body balms for diaper rash and incorporating herbs like Chamomile into bath routines. My search for alternative medicine and cleaner, simple products led me to a community of like-minded women on a similar journey.
