About the event

Recharge your energy through a guided breath, meditation, and Tibetan singing bowls journey.

Sound healing is a powerful modality that harnesses sound waves and vibrations in harmonious frequencies to regulate the central nervous system and expand consciousness through brain wave entrainment.

The combination of deep, slow breathing with visualizations and sound therapy will open the pathways to deep levels of relaxation, holistic healing, inner peace and balance.

Here's a personal note from Donna Kass, Sound Healer, Astrologer & Intuitive:

"For me, playing my Tibetan singing bowls is a sacred vibrational experience.

Before each session, I open up my voice, my hands, my crown chakra and my bowls to receive the Divine’s loving intentions for all who have come to experience my sound baths.

My six, small Tibetan bowls have frequencies that are so high that even the most active minded participants are able to transcend their racing thoughts and slip into a space where they lose track of time and space.

The process of entrainment, in which our brain waves sync up with the high hertz frequencies of the bowls, takes us to deeper brain wave states where we are able to feel bliss, connect with our higher selves, see beautiful visualizations or even just fall into a “power nap” state that is deeply rejuvenating.

The nervous system is completely reset to a state of equilibrium and people feel deeply calm and peaceful.

I begin every session with a studied and proven calming breathing technique and then I guide everyone through a meditation with my voice, bringing all into a calmer, more relaxed state.

Then once the meditation is over, I play a harmonious compilation of different sets with my Tibetan bowls.

Each and every sound bath session is unique. I am deeply honored and humbled to offer this service to all."
